Juliana Drivhuse A/S is a strong brand within hobby greenhouses, and the leading manufacturer in Europe of greenhouses for home gardeners. The company is experiencing growth, and exports are increasing. Juliana Drivhuse A/S currently has 125 employees, of which 55 are based in Denmark. The company sells and markets brands such as Halls, Eden, Juliana, Botanica og Gabriel Ash. As part of the company’s growth strategy, it has been decided to strengthen activities in the export markets, and therefore we are looking for a commercial and dynamic Export Sales Manager.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding sales and customer base

You will report to the Sales Director and be overall responsible for export sales to existing customers in France and Switzerland, and for new business in Eastern Europe, including Russia. Your customers are European retailers, webshops and garden centers.

You will establish, maintain and build customer relations and brand awareness in your designated markets, and your tasks also include contributing to building sales strategies, market and sales analyses – and last but not least, executing sales activities, securing sales and assessing results.

In the emerging markets in Russia and Eastern Europe you will also have an important role in identifying potential customers, assessing channels as well as executing on market roadmaps to develop your customer base.

You will have clearly defined goals, and great opportunities to deliver both short-term and long-term results. There will be significant travelling activities related to your job, equivalent to approx. 100 travelling days per year.

Ambitious, dedicated and result-oriented sales profile

You have a relevant commercial background, and you have built your first experiences in international B2B sales with a successful track record. You are now ready to continue your sales career in a different sector or in different markets.

You are a self-starter and you must be able to work independently, but most importantly you are a skilled communicator, confident and hard-working. This also means that you are good at organizing and prioritizing your time.

It is essential that you have a commercial mind-set, have negotiation experience and that you can build long-term customer relationships. It is an advantage if you have some experience in the greenhouse – or related - business, but it is not a requirement. It is equally qualifying that you have analytical skills that enable you to understand customer and end-user needs, analyze a market and choose the best solutions.

You master English in speech and writing at a high level, and preferably also one or more other languages, as for example French or Russian.
